- To keep confidential treatment records as required by our professional body (ISRM) and insurer.

How long we keep it
Treatment notes are retained for a minimum of 7 years after your last session, in line with professional and insurance requirements. Website enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months.
